Who we are

The HolidayPal app is operated by Holiday Pal, a business based in England and Wales at 1 Poins Close, Heathcote, Warwick, CV34 6GA. We refer to ourselves as "we" and to you as "you".

What HolidayPal is

HolidayPal helps you organise a trip — storing your bookings, planning, checklists, an AI assistant and group-trip tools. We are a software product, not a travel agent. We do not sell, book or arrange flights, accommodation or travel services, and we are not responsible for any booking you make with a third party.

Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for the content you add and for anyone you share a trip with.
• You must be 18+ to buy a plan. HolidayPal isn't aimed at children, though you may add a child as a traveller or use Kids mode under your supervision.

HolidayPal Plus — plans & billing

The free plan covers the wallet basics. HolidayPal Plus is optional and comes as:

• Trip Pass (£6.99, one-off) and Group Pass (£19.99, one-off) — a single payment that unlocks Plus (and, for the Group Pass, Group mode) on one trip, for good. Nothing renews.
• Plus Monthly (£3.99 a month), Plus Annual (£24.99 a year) and Plus Family (£34.99 a year, for a household of up to 6) — subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
• The prices above are what we charge on our website, including VAT. Inside the iPhone and Android apps only the subscriptions are offered, and the App Store or Google Play shows the price in your local currency before you confirm.

Free trials

• Every new account gets 3 days of Plus free, automatically. There's no card and nothing to cancel — some features have a daily fair-use limit during it, and when it ends your account simply goes back to the free plan.
• Any free trial offered in the App Store or Google Play is shown on the purchase screen before you confirm, and follows that store's rules — including when you're charged.

Payments & cancelling

• On our website, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Cancel any time by tapping Plus at the top of the app on the web.
• In the iPhone app, purchases are billed by Apple to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID's Subscriptions settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal.
• In the Android app, purchases are billed by Google Play. Manage or cancel them in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• When you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for; it then stops renewing.
• Price changes: the price you subscribe at is the price you keep paying while you stay subscribed. If we ever change a plan's price, it only applies from a later renewal, we'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Purchases through Apple or Google also follow that store's own price-change rules.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — no illegal content, no attempts to break or overload it, no reselling access, and no using the AI features to generate harmful content. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

AI & live data

The AI assistant and any flight, gate, weather or "nearby" information are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or out of date. Always check official sources (your airline, the airport) before you travel. We're not liable for decisions made on the basis of this information.

Liability

We provide HolidayPal "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed flights, or loss of data you didn't back up. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Ending your use

You can stop using HolidayPal and delete your account anytime. We may end or suspend access if you breach these terms or where required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
